We spent 2 weeks in Kauai over the holidays. Such a treat to be there for xmas and the new year. Between job changes, pet health issues, and other things, this was a well needed break. Stepping off the plane, into the salt air, the rhythm of the waves, listening to 95.9 the surf, a slow pace, and a Bubba’s burger and shake.

Lot’s of beach time. Rented a surfboard for a few days, but my rib wasn’t having it so I resorted to bodyboarding and playing in the sand with the wife.
Got to see the Na’pali Coast via catamaran:
Whales, dolphins, flying fish, turtles, sugar plant, waterfalls, coffee plantation… so much…
